• 3 Day General Health Guarantee from time of arrival of labradoodle, against chronic or serious health problems, with proof of examination and diagnosis by a veterinarian (Purchaser’s Expense). The Seller reserves the right to have second opinion, by Veterinarian of Seller’s choice (Purchaser’s Expense). Upon immediate return, at Purchaser’s Expense, labradoodle will either be replaced from next available similar litter, with shipping at Purchaser’s expense or purchase price refunded (Sellers Choice). It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to provide due care and not expose unprotected puppies, whose vaccines have not taken effect, to contagious situations and these conditions or those arising from exposure during transport; are not the responsibility of Seller.

• Two Year Genetic Health Guarantee from date of sale, covering serious life threatening genetic disease or severe Hip Dysplasia, though Arthritis is not covered by this warranty. Lifetime Genetic Health Guarantee on life threatening genetic defects, for which there was a DNA genetic test available in Austraila 8 months prior to the birth of your dog. The Seller reserves the right to have second and third opinion, by Veterinarian/Specialist of Seller’s choice (2nd opinion Purchaser’s Expense 3rd opinion Sellers Expense).  The Purchaser must submit both x-ray and accompanying report of severe dysplasia from OFA, BVA or Penn Hip and the labradoodle shall not have been overweight at any time during the guarantee period. Upon immediate return, at Purchaser’s Expense, labradoodle will either be replaced from next available similar litter, with shipping at Purchaser’s expense or purchasers may retain affected labradoodle and have up to purchase price refund applied to veterinary treatments, which requires submission of veterinary bills for hip surgery, if hip dysplasia is being covered.  Any discounts given on the purchase price, will be deducted from any guarantee refund.  This Warranty is nil and void if a heartworm injection has been used.

PRA HEALTH GUARANTEE

• Lifetime PRA Health Guarantee, that this dog is guaranteed not to be affected by PRA for life of dog or we will provide you with another labradoodle, from next available similar litter, with shipping at Purchaser’s expense, with proof of examination and diagnosis of PRA, by a veterinarian eye specialist (Purchaser’s Expense). The Seller reserves the right to have second opinion, by Veterinarian of Seller’s choice (Purchaser’s Expense). Health Guarantees apply only to original purchaser. Labradoodles used for breeding prior to receiving hip and eye clearance are not covered under this health guarantee. Purchaser agrees to maintain this labradoodle in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not limited to inoculation, parasite control and preventative medication and failure to do so voids this guarantee. Not included in this guarantee are health problems arising from trauma, abuse or failure to maintain general health care of this labradoodle. Veterinary records must be provided to Seller, if requesting refund or replacement. Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable to the Purchaser or to any third party for a labradoodle which has been subjected to abuse, accident negligence or misuse. Also, under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable for any consequential incidental or special damages resulting from or in manner related to this labradoodle.

• Upon execution of this contract, all veterinary care and its associated costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the purchaser. The parties agree that this writing represents the entire Agreement between them and that no other representations, either oral or written have been made regarding the labradoodle described above. The parties further agree that no changes in this contract shall be binding upon either of them without written modifications signed by both parties. Purchaser agrees they understand this contract fully. Guarantee void if this agreement not signed and postmarked within 10 days from time of labradoodles arrival.
