NEWS FROM OUR LABRADOODLES IN THE WORLD

Hi Kathy

Well, Friday at 1800hrs we finally got to meet Mr Ziggy . What a shock we got when we saw how big he was. Twice the size Sasha was at this age. As soon as I spoke his name I got a wag, then a lick then more wags. We then got him out of the crate and into the car where he had big drinks. He accompanied Paul in the back seat of our vehicle while I drove back to Port (a bit of male bonding). We are arrived home and let Ziggy out into the garden to do toilet things and more drinks. Our friend called to see if we were home so that he could meet the new edition. We told him to bring in his two King Charles Cavalier spaniels to meet Ziggy. Well, I wished I'd had my camera ready, he attempted to mount both of them!!!!!! As well as Tony's and Paul's legs!. We soon distracted him then he had a sleep. After retiring to bed at 2300hrs, we were woken by the sounds of Ziggy crying at about 0330hrs, out to the garden he went, big wee's. Back to bed then we were all up at the crack of dawn having a bit of a play. We had breakfast, then we did the bragging thing by jumping into the car and visiting all of our friends. Everyone just adores him. I hope this continues! I was even allowed to take him into the Medical Practice where I work so that the doctor could meet him. We also walked him around the town (in Paul's arms of course) so that he will get used to having strangers greet him. He took quite an interest with the young chicky babes who were coming up to him for a stroke, much to Paul's delight also! That afternoon he slept awhile. We had visitors Saturday evening who brought their son over as well as welcoming gifts for Ziggy. They had a good time playing together. That night we had a little mishap after being toileted, Ziggy decided that he needed to do poo's on the floor in the laundry.

labradoodle man
Sunday morning, just got your email regarding the removal of the stitch in the *#*#*#! area, so we decided after breakfast we would have a trip to the Port Douglas markets and stop at the clinic on the way and get a stitch cutter for later!. After many ooohs an ahhhhhs we dropped in a restaurant owned by some friends of ours by the ocean called Soul & Pepper. They don't have children, but have dogs instead, allowed us in with Ziggy while we had lunch. He slept on the chair during the whole time. After lunch we took walk down to the Marina where the Reef tour boats and the vessels of the rich folk are moored!!!!!!! So we just thought we'd send you a couple of pics. We watched a couple of DVD's last night (just a bit tired to do anything else). Bedtime at 2230hrs. Up twice during the night. Ziggy thinks its playtime in the garden when we go out during the night. At the moment he is out in the backyard with Paul doing a bit of gardening. You should see them. He has also taken a liking to playing under my lemon grass. He tosses and turns and get tangled up and then starts to growl at it! Well, Kathy that's it for now. Will keep you up to date. Will Ziggy be bigger than the height of our German Shepherd? Just everyone is saying if he is this big now he will be a biggggggggggg boy! Speak soon Paul and Trish xxx and Ziggy of course

Hi Kathy,

Bella (and my daughters) wish Gigi a very happy birthday. We hope all is well with you and your many puppies and dogs. One year ago our girls were so excited to hear they were getting a puppy and they still love her as much today as they did then.

Kind regards,

The Hendersons
