Hello Kathy,

Just wanted to give you an update of our beautiful new puppy and send you a picture so you can see how she's settling in. As you know I've gone through a pretty tough time with the loss of my kelpie cross to osteosarcoma. It was pretty devastating as he was only 6 and had no previous health problems. He had been my rock during some pretty hard periods in my life and I guess I'd come to depend on his unconditional love to help me through. Last year, my husband and I decided we'd like to get a companion for him and another pup for us. I came across your website and was impressed with the professionalism and the description of your dog's temperments. So we made the commitment and although it was a long wait were overjoyed when we finally received our new little girl Coco (Bubbles x Shilo).

My husband was never really a doggy person but it only took a couple of days for Coco to steal his heart and he now refers to her as "his daughter". She has brought so much joy and laughter to us with her cheeky little habits of stealing socks, taking the bathmats from the bathroom and a myriad of other little quirks that our hers. She is also one of the most people orientated dogs I have ever met. She loves everyone she meets. She also still thinks she's a lap dog (even though she's now 20 plus kilos!).

She has just turned one and we just cannot imagine our family without her now. Earlier this year when I received the news about Kai, my husband suggested that we look at putting our names down for another puppy from you, to help me cope and because we both believe that the companionship two dogs give each other is something unique. After spending a year with Coco, we knew we couldn't go past another labradoodle. I want to thank you for everything you did for us (me!). Your sympathy and words of comfort and the effort you went to in providing us a puppy. Your personal service and caring really helped at a time that was both exciting but also very difficult.

I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone that is interested in purchasing one of these beautiful animals. In early May our new addition arrived. Jersey (Lulu x Reece) is everything we could have wanted. And my whole family (parents, siblings) have fallen in love with her. Coco and Jersey have now become firm friends and delight us everyday with their games. I am astonished at the tolerance Coco has for her "little sister". Even when she has a bone and Jersey decide's she'll take it, Coco has never snapped or even growled at her, she just stands up and walks away. Her gentleness is amazing.

I could not love my two little girls more and look forward to much joy and laughter over the next however many years they are with us. Anyway this has turned into a bit of a novel so I will go. I hope you like the photo. Once again thank you for everything.
