Hi Cloudcatcher,

I just thought I would share with you a couple of recent cute photos of Hugo with you. He is now 6 months old and we are keeping up the training so he is becoming a very good little boy over time. Wherever we take him, people ask us his name and comment on how cute and friendly he is. The other day we were walking him and a man asked us to wait so he could get his wife to come out and look at him! He is such a joy to have around, we can't imagine life without him.

Thanks again for taking the care to breed these dogs properly and finding them all loving homes.

Cheers, Frances

Hi to all at Cloudcatchers

I thought I’d send an updated photo of Chewy.  I had some photos taken with Chewy and my kids and was so happy with it I’d thought I’d send it on.  Chewy is almost 2 years old and so much part of the family.  He’s such a good dog, so well behaved with all visitors to the house including kids, adults and other pets.  He just loves company and spends most of his days just hanging around the family.  We couldn’t have asked for a better addition to the family.  One thing that we really notice with Chewy is that he’s never bothered by storms or even fire crackers.  We hear so many stories of other dogs going crazy with storms but they just don’t’ bother him at all.

Thanks again for such a great pet.

Regards
The Bateups

Hi Cloudcatcher,

Happy for you to use our comments.

Also meant to tell you that crate training Hoover has been a without drama.  His first night with us he slept by our bed for 6 1/2 hrs and after that we moved him gradually to his permanent position over the course of 5 nights.  From his second night with us he has regularly slept from 10pm to 6am.  I think he crate is his sanctuary and he puts himself to bed around 9pm although we don't close the gate till we go to bed.

Kind regards.
Debbi

Dear Cloudcatcher,

Hope you are doing well and had a wonderful christmas. Just a little note to tell you that Charlie is doing very well. He was 7 months yesterday, time is flying and we cannot imagine life without him. He is such a smart little dog and makes us laugh so much. He is graduating from his consolidation/foundation course on Saturday with one of his cousins from the Cloudcatcher :-) Charlie loves the beach were he runs around and digs in the sand. He also had a few swimming trips :-) We took him on a road trip to Sydney during christmas and he turned out to be a fantastic traveller. We take him with us everywhere :-)

Thanks Cloudcatcher for a wonderful dog.
Kind regards Siw & John

Dear Cloudcatcher,

Hi there, hope you are well and enjoying the start of 2010.

Just wanted to send you a quick hello and let you know that Popcorn is doing really well (Dusty X Tanner litter, born 24 July 2009). She recently turned 6 months old, weighs in at 9.5 kgs and is the joy of my life. I have attached some pics from the last few months.

Popcorn eats BARF food mainly, but enjoys cooked chicken as a special treat. She is not at all destructive and has not ruined anything around the home. She will sneak off with socks if given half a chance though! Toilet training took quite a while, but I think we have finally conquered that hurdle and she has recently learned to actually ask to go out, rather than relying on me to take her outside every few hours. Poppy no longer sleeps in her crate and goes the whole night on her own bed on my floor. She does not utter a peep all night and is happy to stay in bed until I get up- no matter what time that is. I think I am very lucky that she has fit in so well with my routines.

Poppy has been to Puppy Preschool and Level 1 training, and will soon start Level 2 training. She is a bit distracted at school and is more interested in playing, but is very smart (and just a little bit stubborn!). She constantly makes me laugh and we are firm friends.

We have taken several holidays together and think dog friendly accommodation is fantastic. Poppy loves the beach and is a brilliant swimmer. We get to the beach just about every weekend.

Pop is a well socialised little character. She comes to work with me each day and happily greets all staff and visitors. She also loves other dogs and enjoys going to the local dog off leash area most afternoons.

Many people comment on her colour and think she is just gorgeous. I couldn't agree more and happily direct them to the Cloudcatcher website. Popcorn is the best decision I ever made and I just wanted to thank you again for such a beautiful, happy natured girl.

How are the rest of Dusty X Tanner's litter doing? Would love to bump in to them someday.

Thanks again for my gorgeous girl.

Take care,
Sarah

Hi Cloudcatcher and Team,

George (Indy & Apollo Black Collar) has settled in so quickly. His first night he only cried once for 10 min and then slept until 4.45am. I couldn’t believe the difference the crate made. I have had one dog before George and it just wasn’t that easy. We have had him 1 and a half weeks and he sleeps in his cage from 10pm through to 7-7.30am.

Our youngest cat is happy to have a playmate and they run around the backyard chasing each other. In a short space of time he has learnt to sit, come, stay, fetch, drop and he also knows his name oh and the word NO as it is used quite a bit. George is fantastic in the car, he has a car harness that he wears and already lifts his paw up so I can put it on. All I have to do now is teach him to walk on the lead before puppy school starts. We all enjoy his antics and he keeps us laughing. Thank you for our beautiful boy.

I have enclosed some photos for you.

Regards, Kathryn McCready

Hi Cloudcatcher,

Just a quick update on how Lucee and Rusty are going. We started doing agility with them near the end of last year. They really love it! We had a club comp a few weeks ago and I was able to take some photos of Rusty. Didn't get any photos of Lucee as I was her handler and no one thought of taking photos of us. Lucee came first in Intermediate Agility and Rusty came third. We also did a Club Dog Obedience comp on the same day and Lucee came second. They are both in the top class in Dog Obedience.

Here's Rusty in action!
